About Us:
 
Dane Jones; the Administrator has an extensive nursing and therapeutic care background.  As a Retired Air Force Medical Technician & Training Manager he has provided medical, nursing and therapeutic care for people with special needs and served as a key member using the treatment team approach.  Dane has a B.S. in Health Sciences and completed the Masters of Health Administration from Chapman University. Dane is a Certified Crisis Management Instructor who facilitates Licensing, Service Contracts, Facility &  Service Development and Agency Operations.  Locally Dane has worked for the North Side Mental Health, The Mental Health Crisis Center and Florida Dept. of Corrections Psychiatric Nursing. Dane also Actively participates with APD for Consumer Advocacy Endeavors.

Kimberly Jones; the Director; has over 26 years experience with medical, nursing and human services. Kimberly completed Assisted Living Administrator Core Training and provides oversight and supervision on Accounting,  Billing & Payroll Processes, Human Resources, Quality Compliance, Facility &  Service Development and Agency Operations.  Dane and Kimberly use a “hands on/team approach” towards quality services..  They consistently encourage all staff to give individuals opportunities to choose their own goals and paths in life.  And motivates staff to be advocates to provide supportive services to  individuals who choose our homes.

All Royal Care staff are experienced and provided with training for Certification in Behavior Assistant Services and Professional Crisis Management. We are excited to have the opportunity to serve your clients. We have caring and patient staff that are dedicated to the person centered approach to continue and/or develop individualized goals and skill sets. Royal Care is contracted with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst for Behavioral Services and oversight and clinical Dietician for Nutritionally Served Meals.

Directions from Tampa: Take I -75 South to I-4. Turn Right and get off on Exit #7 to 301. Proceed though the blinking yellow lights and make the first left into Oak Fair Blvd.  Turn into the first driveway on the right (Business Parkway)– then a quick left and drive to the end of the parking lot.  The Center will be the last unit on the right side/end of the building.

Directions from St Petersburg: Take James Redmond Crosstown East or I-275 to I-4 East and get off on Exit #7 to U.S. 301. Proceed though the blinking yellow lights and make the first left into Oak Fair Blvd.  (The State Fair Grounds will be on your right).  Turn into the first driveway on the right (Interstate Business Parkway)– then a quick left and drive to the end of the parking lot.  The Center will be the last unit on the right side/end of the building.
