Licensure: 6 beds Special Potential

Our group home and assisted living facility provides 24/7 care to help take care of those disabled that also require monitoring issues. We strive to maintain privacy and individuality in our group home. We also work to ensure safety and the needs of our clients are met in a secure and timely fashion. All of our staff are required to complete continuing education training related to the developmentally disabled to keep up on the latest issues.

Also, it is important for parents and caregivers to know the importance of having a trained professional when dealing with the care of your loved ones. We are here to listen and help you.

Adult Day Care Services: Contracts with most major insurance companies: UHC, Sunshine Health, Humana,WellCare

Detail Services: Adult Day Care: 7am-5pm

Private Pay: After hours Services: 7pm-7am
Bi-weekly and monthly contracts:
Limited Mental Health: Elderly etc.

Staff: Rn,Lpn,PCA, Arnp available 

Reasonable pricing: Availability: 6 people only. Hurry beds are going fast.
