With over 16 years as a RN and currently a Community Liaison for Home Health I can assist in setting up additional services for individuals on medicare such as physical, occupational and speech therapy thus saving med waiver dollars. This is a big help to support coordinators as this is one less thing for them to do. I am currently able to do that in Lee and Charlotte counties.

We cater to individuals with chronic conditions (diabetes), multiple medications, seizure disorders. individuals on medication for behavior disorders.
