NLMI allows you to maintain labs, all appointments by using this system it sends reminders to the owner and staff members 7 days prior to appointment date. It also maintains those visits for future monitoring.

Security and encryption: only allowing staff members to view information in records based off their security level of accessibility (using Employee ID logins)

All employees will have employee ID to identify who documented reports and what task was completed on a daily basis. Everyone will be given a password to log in and once employee signs in and saves any information on the database employee ID is automatically inputted into the form.
Support coordinators and Behavior Specialist are given a user name and password to view files of only their individuals and can communicate with providers.
