The ideal candidate will have:
- Current or recent experience as a Support Coordinator in Florida.
- A proven history of managing up to a maximum case load of consumers.
- Good working knowledge of APD, Medicaid and Delmarva procedures pertaining to consumer rights, abuse and neglect, person centered supports, including Personal Support Plans and goals of integrating persons with disabilities into the community is preferred.
- Ability to relate well with consumers, families and program staff.
