We are providing health care services to consumers with mental and developmental disabilities in a family-like setting to meet physical, mental, and developmental needs. While striving to provide education, exposure, learning, and self-help instruction by experienced staff, Sunrise Services FL assists consumers in achieving the highest level of independence.

Jay Sweatt has extensive experience providing care to consumers with physical and mental disabilities. Our staff is selected through a thorough screening process to meet the challenges and demands of today’s healthcare environment.

Team members are required to attend continuing educational services to stay up to date with the latest discoveries, regulations, and treatments in the field. Sunrise Services FL strives to maintain a qualified and compassionate team dedicated to meeting the goals of each consumer’s individual plan of care.
