T&T Serenity Care LLC is an APD iBudget Medicaid Waiver provider dedicated to helping individuals with developmental disabilities live with dignity, choice, and independence. Our team delivers person-centered supports that honor each individual’s strengths, preferences, and goals. We partner closely with families and support coordinators to create practical, compassionate plans that encourage community inclusion, skill building, and meaningful daily routines—at home and in the community.

 

Our services are designed to meet people where they are and grow with them over time. We offer residential habilitation for safe, supportive living; companion services that promote social connection and life skills; skilled respite to give caregivers trusted relief; and RN-supervised skilled nursing care when health needs require clinical oversight. Every plan is individualized, measurable, and coordinated to ensure continuity, safety, and real-world progress.
