MISSION STATEMENT

It is the mission of Developmental and Enrichment Services to provide a safe, caring and supportive environment for all individuals that we serve.

It is our goal to assist individuals in reaching their personal goals. We strive to provide individual and attentive care to all individuals.

Developmental and Enrichment Services ensures that all staff members are trained to meet the needs of the individual. We also focus on creating a diverse environment that involves the consumer to play the lead role in reaching personal goals that they have identified.

We will follow the person –centered approach in order to ensure that each consumer has the opportunity to enjoy and be an active member in their community.

• To communicate with all agencies, caregivers, waiver support coordinators and medical providers in an effort provide quality services.
• To provide meaningful and constructive trainings and activities to individuals in their communities.
• To ensure that all staff are highly trained and qualified to deliver services to individuals.
• To maintain a diverse environment at all times.
• To follow all policies and procedures as mandated by the Agency for Persons with Disabilities.
